General Terms & Conditions

  1. The quantities of estimate will be 100% accurate.
  2. Payment method will be Payoneer, Credit card, Pay Pal.
  3.  We perform takeoff on all trades upon the client’s requirement.
  4. Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
  5. Payment terms will always be 50% upfront and 50% before submission of the estimate.
  6. We encourage good and long run business and our rates are 50% less than market and our clients are very honorable to us.
  7. The estimated trades will be mentioned the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
  8. The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.

Additional charges

  • Please note that our clients estimate files will be E-mailed to them at zero extra cost in any format e.g Microsoft Word & Excel and PDF formats ready for our clients to print. No additional charges will be applied.

Refund policy

  • We give our customers 100 percent refund policy in case of any errors
